Acceptance

By creating an account or using ServiceSetu you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms specific to your account type (candidate or institution).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at info@servicesetu.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You must not post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or institution, request payments from candidates outside an institution's official channels, scrape or bulk-download data, attempt to access other users' data, upload malicious files, or harass other users.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant ServiceSetu a limited licence to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the service — for example, to deliver your application to an institution.

Moderation

We may review, suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical. You can appeal by writing to info@servicesetu.org.

Disclaimers

ServiceSetu does not guarantee that any vacancy will be filled or that any candidate will be selected. Hiring decisions are made solely by institutions. Where an institution's official advertisement differs from its ServiceSetu listing, the official advertisement prevails.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServiceSetu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
