Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across ServiceSetu.

What we do

Semantic structure and labelled form fields for screen readers.
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
Text and interface colours chosen for sufficient contrast.
Layouts that work on mobile devices and at 200% zoom.
Status messages announced to assistive technologies.

Known limitations

Documents uploaded by candidates and institutions (such as advertisement PDFs) may not be accessible; we encourage institutions to provide tagged PDFs.
