Institution Terms
Additional terms for institutions and their recruitment teams.

Authority
The person registering an institution confirms they are authorised to act for it. ServiceSetu may require verification documents before listings are published or a verified badge is shown.
Listings
Vacancies must be genuine, current and lawful, and must match the institution's official advertisement. Listings must not request fees from candidates except through stated official channels.
Candidate data
Applications received through ServiceSetu may be used only for the recruitment they were submitted for. Institutions must keep candidate data confidential, restrict access to members with a need to know, comply with applicable data protection law, and delete data in line with their retention policies.
Confidential references
Recommendation letters must not be disclosed to candidates.
Team members
The institution owner is responsible for inviting members, assigning appropriate roles, and removing access promptly when members leave.
Fair process
ServiceSetu provides suggestions, not decisions. Institutions must not rely solely on automated indicators to reject candidates.
