Refund Policy

Refunds for paid institutional services.

Candidates

ServiceSetu does not charge candidates. Application fees, where an institution requires them, follow that institution's refund policy. Fees collected online through Razorpay are refunded to the original payment method when the institution approves a refund; you are notified when it is processed. A failed or abandoned payment is never charged.

Institutions

Online payments are not yet enabled on ServiceSetu. When paid plans launch:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • Featured-listing charges are refundable in full if the listing is cancelled before it goes live, and pro rata if ServiceSetu removes a listing for reasons other than a breach of the Institution Terms.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
