About ServiceSetu

Setu means bridge. ServiceSetu connects academics with the institutions that hire them, with a process designed around how faculty recruitment actually works: detailed academic records, discipline-specific applications, confidential references, research seminars and committee review.

What we think matters

• Candidates should know exactly what they submitted. Every application stores a frozen copy of the profile and documents used.
• One person can be several kinds of candidate. Application profiles let a scholar present the right version of their record for each role.
• Institutions decide, people review. Fit indicators are explainable suggestions. Nothing is rejected automatically.
• Private by default. Documents are stored privately and shared only with institutions a candidate applies to.

Faculty at every career stage — doctoral candidates entering the market, assistant and associate professors, senior professors, professors of practice and postdoctoral researchers — and the universities, institutes, business schools and research centres that recruit them, in India and internationally.
