Accuracy
Information you submit in applications must be true and complete. Institutions may verify qualifications, publications and references, and may reject or withdraw offers based on inaccurate information.
Submitted applications
When you submit, ServiceSetu stores a snapshot of the application profile, document versions and answers used. Later changes to your profile do not alter submitted applications. Withdrawal is possible where the institution allows it.
Recommendation letters
You may request letters from referees through ServiceSetu. Letters are confidential: you will see whether a letter has been received, but not its content. Do not ask referees to send letters to you for upload.
Fees
ServiceSetu does not charge candidates to apply. If an institution requires an application fee, it is stated on the listing. Where the institution has enabled online collection, you pay it on ServiceSetu through Razorpay just before you submit; otherwise pay it through the institution's official channel. Never pay anyone who asks by email or messaging — report it.
Matching
Profile-fit indicators are calculated from published requirements and your profile. They are suggestions only and do not reflect an institution's assessment.
